Role Summary & Purpose: The Head of Sales will drive revenue growth for TVM DOOH in all new and existing markets.
This position will develop the sales and marketing strategy, build and manage the team, driveclient engagement, and play an important leadership role in the company as a part of the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Building and managing a high performance sales team to deliver company revenue targets.Media sales through direct channels, working directly with advertisers, as well as Indirect partner channels working with agencies, platforms and other media providers.Complete RFPs and proposals, follow up on submissions and close business.First-rate commercial awareness and a background of forging strong relationships with major key accounts across global regions to increase revenues in line with targets / KPIs.Extensive business development experience, dealing with B2B clients and negotiating effectively to up-sell / cross-sell.

Monitor and manage advertising inventory to maximize high sell-through rateExcellent ability to properly qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle.Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.Collaborate with the internal creative department and clients to assist in development of effective advertising campaigns.Work with the leadership and other internal teams to provide insight on market trends and build the company roadmap.Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and accounts.Knowledge & Experience:
Wide network and current relationship with advertisers preferably in vice industries such as Tobacco, Gambling, Alcohol, Cannabis etc.Demonstrate a repertoire of skills such as scheduling, prioritizing, organizing, planning, problem solving, decision-making, financial savvy, and attention to detail, and follow through.Maintain a big picture, strategic outlook with the ability to iterate from company strategy and planningSelf-motivated and action-and-results oriented.Well organized, exceptional communication and presentation skills- effective communicator/presenter to groups of all sizes and levels of managementAbility to sell at all levels including C-Level positionsExperience with selling media within the restaurant and bar space (Preferred)Preferred experience with prospecting and cold calling (Preferred)

Salary: $130,000.00 per year
