Due to our rapid growth, we are hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Manager here at Treez! In this newly created role, you will have the chance to come in and own the vision and strategy of our Sales Training and Enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for creating, deploying, and measuring the results of programs and initiatives that will enable customer facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively thus resulting in an increased bottom line.

In this role you will have the opportunity to take the training programs we have created and iterate upon them, ensuring we’re moving towards best practices. Through influence and relationships, you will help lead us to our goal of improved effectiveness of our sales team. This role reports to our Chief Revenue Officer and will partner cross functionally with sales, partnerships, customer success, and human resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect sellers to relevant content by providing flexible ways to present the content
- Equip our sales team with training and guidance
- Develop sales training models and materials to improve our buyer’s understanding of our product and solution
- Provide internal and external tools for both our sales team, other Treez employees and partners
- Create and manage metrics around sales cycle, sales performance, and sales quotas
- Utilize tools to monitor real time customer engagement and create efficiencies in the sales process
- Measuring our success and mapping it to the bottom line
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales training, marketing, sales enablement, or program management
- Strong working knowledge of sales engagement and sales enablement analytics
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is highly preferred
- Experience building and managing multiple programs at the same time
- Experience building cross functional training programs used internally and externally
