We're currently looking for a cultivation manager to oversee a newly built, highly automated commercial cultivation facility in Reading, MI. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Establishing and maintaining a crop production schedule to meet monthly and annual harvest goals
• Helping build and lead motivated cultivation and post-harvest teams
• Ensuring plant health and quality across all stages of crop development is not compromised
• Overseeing all IPM functions for the crops
• Coordinating product availability with ownership and sales team
• Maintaining inventory of consumables for the facility (e.g. fertilizers, gloves, replacements filters, etc.)

The ideal candidate will posses:

• Five years of commercial cannabis growing management experience and/or a degree in horticulture, plant science, or a plant related field
• Experience with rockwool based growing systems and associated cultivation practices is preferred; experience with hydroponics is a must
• Hands on knowledge of automated control systems for fertigation, HVAC, lights, etc.
• A desire to continually learn about new cultivation practices and equipment related to commercial indoor crop production

Meeting all of the above criteria would be ideal, but is not required.
