The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of office tasks and duties that support the general manager and staff in their assigned duties. The position includes activities that fall into three major categories: Administrative, Customer Service, and H.R.
For this position, you’ll use your organizational skills to manage our day-to-day office ensuring operations run smoothly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Administrative/Customer Service Duties
Responsible for data entry support, Metrc Inventory System, customer service and office support. Focused on process, procedure, and systems to ensure compliance with MED.
· Support managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
· Greet and check-in patients/customers
· Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
· Maintain a filing system; file/shred documents as needed
· Manage and respond to company email
· Input/update patient records
· Add/remove patients from Metrc; Inform change of caregiver
· Assist patients in renewing medical card
· Greet vendors & maintain visitor log
· Conduct wholesale transactions - Verify manifests, intake inventory ensuring it’s properly labeled and priced.
· Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures as directed
· Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, gsuite, biotrack, and Metrc databases.
· Open/close store & cash register
· Count cash, enter and reconcile cash/check log in excel
· Export daily sales from biotrack to Metrc
· Audit Inventory; Reconcile Biotrack and Metrc.
· Record and report any Metrc discrepancies to manager
· Data entry of invoices and accounts payables into our accounting software.
· Compile end of the month reports and email to Ashley and Accountant
· Order office supplies
· Bud-tend as needed
Human Resources
Perform administration of employee records, payroll, compliance with laws and regulations, training, employee relations, etc.
· Answer employee requests and questions
· Handles all onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintain personnel files
· Manage leave of absences, workers compensation, short/long term disability and unemployment
· Coordinate and schedule employee training annually and as needed
· Assists in developing, maintaining, and tracking team member training records
· Assists payroll with ensuring timesheets are reviewed and approved in a timely manner
· Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed
· Assists with various research projects and/or special projects
· Assists with recruitment and interview processes as needed
· Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
