STORE MANAGER POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain inventory and METRC compliance
- Weekly inventory check on sales floor and main vault ensuring that all counts match in METRC and TREEZ.
- Checking all incoming inventory for accuracy in METRC and making sure accurate receiving is applied in
TREEZ.
- Organize, utilize, and train employees on operations and procedures used.
- Supervise staff
- Maintain The Botanical Co philosophy and brand guidelines at all times. Educate new team members on our philosophies and best practices.
- Provide on the job training and other training opportunities/orient and train
- Assign designated tasks to the staff
- Evaluate staff performance to identify training needs of staff
- Schedule and perform staff meetings
- Responsible in keeping staff motivated, resolve conflicts, and coach employees on core values

- Become an “expert” in METRC and make sure qualified staff is trained in various areas.
- Continue education in METRC best practices, comply with all METRC bulletins issued from LARA immediately that effect the provisioning center daily tasks. Convey any changes needed
- Educate current fellow team members on TREEZ and Springbig best practices
- Continue to guide and assist all team members in daily use and continue personal education in both platforms. Update fellow team members of any updates or changes in protocol within TREEZ and Springbig.
- Perform transport deposit pickup duties weekly including ordering change
- Complete monthly work schedules for employees
- Drive community involvement
- Drive promotional activities with Director
- Make sure the customers experience is at its best
- Building key relationships with our sources for products is essential to the success of this role.
- Ensuring compliance with State regulations and laws.
Qualifications
- Academic/Technical - Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management - At least 5 years’ experience in management and able to lead a team of 10+ employees.
- Computer Skills - Moderately proficient with computer and word. processing, Excel, must be proficient with digital communication, comfortable with digital promotional tools and resources and/or willing to learn.
- Industry Experience - At least 1 year related experience/ 5 years Customer Service
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Attitudes & Behavior - Ability to work well in teams and is a self-starter. Demonstrates responsibility with minimal supervision.

- Maintain The Botanical Co philosophy and brand guidelines at all times. Educate new team members on our philosophies and best practices.
- Provide on the job training and other training opportunities/orient and train
- Assign designated tasks to the staff
- Evaluate staff performance to identify training needs of staff
- Schedule and perform staff meetings
- Responsible in keeping staff motivated, resolve conflicts, and coach employees on core values
- Work with employees on time management to ensure everything gets completed on time and with accuracy
- Oversee the hiring of new employees to help ensure they will be an efficient and motivated team member.
- You need to make hard and fast decisions from dealing with vendors to staff. Your decisions affect the company.
- Build up a good rapport with your vendors you are ordering from or would like to order from.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and laws
- Become an “expert” in METRC and make sure qualified staff is trained in various areas.
- Continue education in METRC best practices, comply with all METRC bulletins issued from LARA immediately that effect the provisioning center daily tasks. Convey any changes needed
- Educate current fellow team members on TREEZ and Springbig best practices
- Continue to guide and assist all team members in daily use and continue personal education in both platforms. Update fellow team members of any updates or changes in protocol within TREEZ and Springbig.
- Perform transport deposit pickup duties weekly including ordering change
- Complete monthly work schedules for employees
- Drive community involvement
- Drive promotional activities with Director
- Make sure the customers experience is at its best
- Building key relationships with our sources for products is essential to the success of this role.
- Ensuring compliance with State regulations and laws.
Qualifications
- Academic/Technical - Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management - At least 5 years’ experience in management and able to lead a team of 10+ employees.
- Computer Skills - Moderately proficient with computer and word. processing, Excel, must be proficient with digital communication, comfortable with digital promotional tools and resources and/or willing to learn.
- Industry Experience - At least 1 year related experience/ 5 years Customer Service
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Attitudes & Behavior - Ability to work well in teams and is a self-starter. Demonstrates responsibility with minimal supervision.
