THC Production is looking for a career-minded, hard-working person to join our leadership team as the Assistant Manager. In this role, you would oversee Quality Control, Inventory Control, and Order Fulfillment, supporting our General Manager in managing the operations of our cannabis production facility.

- 2 years’ experience in the cannabis industry in Nevada or a similarly regulated state.
- Adept at creating basic spreadsheets in MS Excel (tables and basic formulas).

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work M-F starting between 7am and 9am (with flexibility).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds periodically.
- This job may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending, and/or crouching.
- We are on the second floor of a building with only staircase access, so you must be able to climb stairs.
- Must pass any and all background checks needed by state and local regulatory authorities.

What the job entails:
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Receiving and logging all physical goods that arrive at our facility, including verifying quality and quantity.
- Reviewing production records to ensure no errors have occurred or, if so, that errors have been fully investigated and resolved.
- Inspecting and approving or rejecting ready-to-package or packaged cannabis products.
- Making or approving product data labels according to state regulations and company procedures.
- Ensuring employees comply with QC procedures.
Inventory Control Responsibilities:
- Maintaining inventory records and accurate, up-to-date seed-to-sale tracking system records in accordance with state mandates.
- Investigating inventory discrepancies, reporting to management, correcting errors, and developing procedures to mitigate future errors.
- Conducting monthly inventories of METRC items and product packaging.
- Preparing state-mandated quarterly inventory reports.
- Making purchasing proposals to management based on inventory levels.
Order Fulfillment Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an order fulfillment worksheet for planning which batches of product to use for various customer orders.
- Preparing and sending order information email packets to customers.
- Preparing packaging tasks for production staff.
- Ensuring orders are filled accurately and on time.
Other Duties:
- Responsible for assisting GM in making the best use of physical plant space based on analysis of process workflows, number of employees, regulatory requirements, etc.
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders and GM to create and maintain SOPs.
- Assisting with production, infusion, and packaging as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Any other tasks as needed or assigned.
