We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated individual to assist with Dispensary responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as with a team, and follow strict protocols for accuracy and compliance. The candidate will be comfortable using a point-of-sale system and electronic correspondence. The Dispensary Associate is a representative of Texas Original and will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills as they can be the first contact for some of our patients and therefore the face of the company. We also hope that our Dispensary Associate will help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions
- Handle patient issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with patient retention always in mind, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all state and company inventory control procedures and vendor delivery procedures
- Learn and execute point of sale systems to set up patient profiles, check patients out and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, every time
- Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building and maintaining customer relationships
- Gather feedback from patients and communicate any questions or concerns with the appropriate department(s)
- Assist in educating potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, work schedules, and HR policies
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with Texas Original direction
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail, service industry or customer service role is required
- Strong sense of professionalism and compassion required

The General Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line patient experience. The Retail General Manager is accountable for all aspects of managing a single store as well as all other projects and duties assigned including but not limited to managing sales performance and identifying sales opportunities; developing overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals; delivering exceptional customer service; fostering a positive culture and work environment; achieving maximum sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives.
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store. The GM is responsible for responding to business needs and strategizing around business trends in order to drive new patients into the Compassionate Use Program and educating the local community. The General Manager must also have experience in assessing, recruiting and screening talent.
Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence

- Forecast and adjust payroll and store scheduling to maximize productivity, payroll goals, and complete workload

- Develop and/or adjust existing SOPs to help maintain optimal store operations and customer experience
- Oversight and management of store merchandising, daily operations, collaboration with marketing, and overall execution of store and company standards
- Management of opening and closing procedures
- Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, cash handling and loss prevention
- Ensures the implementation and effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet customer needs
- Responsible for facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including proper upkeep of phone, utilities, technology, maintenance, repairs, stock, and supplies
- Ensures store and team compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Inventory management and reporting, employee reporting, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and customers
- Work closely with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations

What you'll succeed:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred

Logistics and Distribution is a core part of delivering unrivaled patient accessibility. As a customer delivery driver at one of the company’s regional distribution hubs, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we can effectively and efficiently operate different regions across the state at a similar service level to our home market of Austin. The person in this role will in most cases be the last point of contact the patient has with Texas Original during the order process, as a result, our delivery drivers play an incredibly important role in ensuring our “last-mile experience” delights our patients. You will have a direct impact on how Texas Original is represented and viewed by our customers/patients. Responsibilities of this role will include verifying customer orders to route manifest and contacting the customers with their estimated time of arrival for clear communication. Following all regular DMV/DPS rules and regulations for class C motor vehicle operators. This is a high visibility, cross-functional role, with customer service being a foremost priority as well as on time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver time-sensitive packages to customers/patients and retail stores.
- Load and unload product into vehicles upon start and end of each shift
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift
- Ensure all required paperwork is correctly signed by the customer
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise upon delivery
- Communicate effectively with order support teams to ensure successful completion of scheduled deliveries and payment pickups
- Comply with company security protocols, DOT regulations, Texas Department Public Safety and the Compassionate Program regulations and all company policies/procedures

As VP of Product Operations, you will be in the thick of our day-to-day operations while also planning its future and the products that it will produce. This position will require you to cultivate new relationships across all business functions and will offer tremendous freedom and opportunity to impact the leader in a frontier industry in a frontier market with unmatched potential. In this role, you will use your experience and expertise in both product and operations to build and execute a strategy to achieve organizational goals and overall business strategy. The Assistant Manager is second in command and will act as the right hand to the General Manager. The candidate will be comfortable using a multi-line phone system, electronic correspondence, and data entry in a remote, work from home position. The Customer Experience Representative is a representative of Texas Original and will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills as they are typically the first contact for most of our patients and therefore the voice/face of the company. We also hope that our Customer Experience Representative will help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilites:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and prescribers and assist them efficiently and professionally
- Check patient voicemails and emails and respond accordingly
- Respond to faxes from physicians and contact new patients in a timely manner to welcome them to our Texas Original family
- Manage website chat messages for new patient inquiries and other Compassionate Use Program questions
