We are looking for a creative graphic designer who excels at creating powerful visuals that drive engagement and are 100% in line with the brand’s voice and vision. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software, be proficient with every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable, and be able to manage multiple design projects at a time in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and at least some familiarity with the cannabis sector.
Job Description - Graphic Designer
- Work both independently and collaboratively to produce visuals for social media, print, and digital channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and then take the initiative to make them come to life
- Design content geared towards increasing reach, traffic, and acquisition on the web and social media platforms
- Ability to collaborate, self-lead, manage multiple projects at the same time, and meet deadline
- Execute appropriate creative and content changes requested through the internal review process, checking all work against requested changes before submitting for next review
- Build out assets to support marketing initiatives, including (but not limited to) digital graphics, email campaigns, posters, signage, flyers, social assets, merch
- Responsible for video animation, editing as needed
- Adhere to project deadlines
- Ensure consistency in content across all platforms and mediums
- Work within existing brand guidelines and any established campaign structure to inform your creative process but have the ability to push concepts and come to the table with fresh ideas
- Maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
- Responsible for website design updates and ensuring site design is optimized for mobile use
- Spearhead design initiatives to build brand presence at trade-shows and industry events (i.e. banners, backdrops, emails, brand cards and merchandise, etc). Attendance at these events may be required for content creation and engagement in the industry development
Requirements
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 5+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Cannabis industry experience

We are at the early, about to be post-Beta phase with a lean team. We’re looking for a full-time Account Executive to lead our Ohio territory and will be responsible for full-cycle sales efforts. We recently closed a seven-figure Seed round and since launch, Spendr has achieved leading metrics that put us in a massive position for large scale success.
The Role
As a tenacious and self-starting Account Executive, you will lead all sales efforts in Ohio, from prospecting to product demos to closing. This role will be responsible for building and managing the Ohio pipeline of dispensaries, while working with internal teams to service & maintain relationships. We are looking for people who are hungry to win, are process-oriented & able to deliver a quality experience to our customers and understand the tech/FinTech industry. Startup and cannabis experience are a huge plus.
What You’ll Do
- Grow, develop, and maintain relationships with dispensaries to ensure sales territory objectives are met.
- Develop and manage territory sales plan and track daily progress vs. plan to achieve sales targets.
- Attend and work trade shows throughout the territory.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to deliver an exceptional experience and help resolve issues.
- Perform product demonstrations.
About You
- Sales experience with a proven track record delivering sales objectives and goals.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team player - ability to work seamlessly with multiple internal and external partners.
- Strong ability to adapt with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability for state-wide travel, up to 50% of the time.
- Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Passion for delivering value to the customer.
- Full-time role with some overnight travel required.
- Cannabis experience or interest strongly preferred.
- Tech / FinTech sales experience strongly preferred.
- Startup experience preferred.
- Primarily Ohio-based, but open to remote with ability to travel.

The Role
As a self-starting and hands-on Marketing Manager, you will help build out and lead Spendr’s strategy, planning, and execution for all our marketing functions. This role will involve the development and execution of communications and experiences to our consumer and merchant segments, as well as the implementation of our product, growth, and branding strategies, programs, and tactics. You should have experience working with consumer-facing applications and can expect to work closely with our product, sales, compliance/support, operations, and technology teams. Your focus will be to ensure cross- functional alignment while creating a consistent brand look and feel all the way through our organization. Startup and cannabis experience are a huge plus.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and execution of brand strategy and tactical campaigns across advertising, PR, and social channels to effectively grow Spendr’s members within respective markets.
- Help design a breakthrough program to excite and ultimately retain existing members.
- Analyze media data and review week over week channel performance reports to inform decision making and future recommendations.
- Build a brand that has local relevance to our target customers across markets – while building towards a national presence.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that support branding, customer acquisition & retention strategies – both consumers & merchants.
- Lead customer segmentation efforts that define user personas, markets and subsequently drive growth and product efforts.
- Convert the Founder/CEO’s vision into actionable marketing strategies.
- Build out the broader marketing organization to include product and content marketing teams to improve messaging and identify new content for campaigns and sales consumption.
About You
- Have experience across all facets of growth marketing including advertising, SEO, owned social media, paid media, etc.
- Have experience taking brands from concept to national recognition.
- Have experience managing consumer-facing applications / products.
- Have experience building brands and executing efficient customer acquisition strategies.
- Have experience building and managing membership programs focused on constant customer engagement.
- Have experience with mobile app-based gamification strategies.
- You have managed and recruited teams in fast-paced environments.
- You take on the responsibility to get things done, hit deadlines, and maintain a high pace (a clear entrepreneurial mindset).
- You’ll do what it takes to get the job done, while remaining positive and open minded to new ideas.
- You’re able to think strategically and see the big picture vision and then take it and put it into actionable, tactical steps for you & the team to execute on.
