We are looking for a hash and rosin extractor with 5 years min experience for our cannabis extraction lab.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining an organized and safe environment.
Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and manufacturing facility.
Promote a work environment that is positive, productive, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to extraction equipment
Ensure consistency and efficiency of product through quality control testing and procedures.
Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment and preparing requisitions as needed.
Skills:
Experience formulating and processing Rosin, Bubble Hash, Wax, Shatter and other concentrates.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, anticipate issues before they arise, proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to confidently lift 50-75 lbs.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour

Role Overview
Southwest Wellness is looking for a safety-minded Kitchen Assistant for cannabis product processing. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none. The position also requires you to follow good manufacturing practices at all times.
Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks that include loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and equipment.
- Properly clean and maintain kitchen equipment and overall facility.
- Maintain strict inventory records of all products and equipment used in kitchen for cannabis product processing.
- Wash and sterilize laboratory, kitchen glassware, and other sensitive equipment before / after use.
- Perform record keeping and documentation work as it pertains towards kitchen activities.
- Utilize spreadsheets and email for written documentation and communication.
- Participate in strategic discussions about company, direction, product execution in an innovative, honest, and problem-solving dialogue.
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the company to all team members at all times.
- Work with passion towards industry, company, customers, co-workers, partners and investors.
- Maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude towards all work asked of you to complete.
