Overview
The Atlantic Talent Cultivation Manager partners with the Atlantic Leadership team, Atlantic HR Director and the dedicated supplier (CBI) to develop, embed and execute programs that build world-class capabilities as well as drive
career development across the SGWS Atlantic Dedicated Division employees. This position will focus on driving the adoption of programs such as but not limited to employee onboarding, executing professional and brand development
programs, driving employee IDP execution, career pathing, and competency development. This position will also partner closely with the Talent Management and Talent/ Leadership Development COE departments on programs that build
engagement at all levels, increase individual and organizational capability, and drive business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Talent/Leadership Development and Talent Management COE departments – consults on the design and development and leads the execution and embedment of all talent-related processes and programs for the SGWS Atlantic Dedicated Division.
- Collaborate with the dedicated suppler (CBI) on executing joint Talent Development and Management programs
- Consult, coach, train, the dedicated Atlantic employees to help develop their world-class capabilities and ensure effective high-quality execution of talent/leadership development and management strategies
- Assess and analyze Talent/Leadership Development and Talent Management needs/trends and recommend solutions, resources, and initiatives to drive employee growth
- Partner with HR Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics, and dashboards to analyze/report on and support Talent Development and Leadership practices
- Serve as the dedicated divisions Talent/Leadership Development and Talent Management subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends, and/or statistics
- Actively collaborate with other members of HR on information requests and best practice sharing
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of executing and embedding effective Talent Development and Talent Management solutions that are practical, realistic, innovative, and scalable
- Project Management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate agility in a demanding work environment, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while meeting timelines
- Ability to apply adult learning theory to develop creative solutions that drive learning outcomes and behavioral change
- Advanced working experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in and manage ambiguity in a highly matrixed organization

- Helps executive leaders quickly and effectively transition into new roles and assignments.

- Facilitates psychometric assessments and assessment debriefs to drive sustainable behavioral change.

- Conducts external research, including the benchmarking of leading companies and best practices, requiring analysis, program design considerations, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Engages with external executive coaches as required.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 15 years of experience in coaching senior leaders including executive-level coaching
- ICF PCC or MCC coaching certification
- Certifications in psychometric assessments (e.g. EQ, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, etc.)
- Ability to facilitate difficult conversations by listening for understanding and asking challenging questions
- Demonstrated experience working with senior management, including C-suite
- Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented business
- Excellent communication (written and oral), listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to travel overnight, approximately 25%

Overview
The Senior Director, Talent Management partners with senior business leaders and HRVPs to understand the business strategy, identifies talent needed to accomplish strategy, and ensures the right talent to fill those needs at the top of the organization. Maintains effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning for the talent. Leads the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of Talent Management (TM) programs such as Succession Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Competency Management, Assessments and mentoring. Uses data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. Conducts new leader assimilation workshops with key executives across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of Talent Management processes and programs
- Design effective talent cultivation strategies with a focus on development, engagement and retention of Director level and above top talent
- Connect with VP and above top talent, and respective managers to monitor and positively impact development progress, level of engagement, and retention risk
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior business leaders, HRVPs, and COE Leads to fully understand the business and provide meaningful developmental recommendations for top talent and on point internal talent recommendations for senior leader roles
- Provide oversight, direction, and coaching to direct reports to foster a spirit of teamwork, continuous improvement (programs and individual development), inclusion, and healthy conflict resolution to enable each employee and the department to succeed
- Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert regarding talent management best practices as well as current trends and innovative new tools and methods
- Manage a scorecard that provides indicators of strength and depth of talent pipeline/bench, measures return on development investment, and tracks movement against strategic talent needs
- Provide leadership for continuous improvement of designated talent management programs and initiatives
- Partnerwith HRVPs, HRBPs, and business leads to drive the execution of the TM strategy for the respective regions that aligns and integrates with the business objectives, company values, and culture
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to collaboratively implement solutions and build stakeholder knowledge, skills and abilities in the following areas: Succession Management, Assessment/Selection, Gap Analysis and Solutioning, Development and Career Planning
- Assess and analyze TM needs/trends in respective regions/functions and recommend solutions, resources, initiatives, and/or methods to fill the gap
