The Cultivation Technician is responsible for ensuring our plants have fulfilled nutrient and IPM needs at the direction of out Cultivation Supervisors. Therefore, a Cultivation Technician should feel comfortable with manual plant operations including trimming, cloning, watering and spraying plants as needed. The primary function of the Cultivation Technician is to support our cultivation team towards plants that thrive and produce the best harvest possible.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
- Waters and applies plant nutrients and chemicals as directed.
- Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with coworkers.
- Moves, lifts, arranges and physically handles plants as directed.
- Applies METRC tags to plants and assists in inventory counts.
- Assists with spraying plants with pesticides as directed.
- Supports the team in keeping records of pesticides, fertilizer, or other cycle counting activities.
- Takes plant inventory and reconciles this with METRC, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assists the cultivation team with destroying any cannabis waste.
- Assists the cultivation team with entering plants and batches into METRC as directed.
- Follow all standard procedures and security measures to safeguard against diversion.
- Cutting, trimming, or physically manipulating plants as needed.
- Documenting meetings, taking notes, and following directions of cultivation leadership.

The State Reporting Manager serves as a key resource for our cultivation team, ensuring accountability in state reporting in the METRC seed-to-sale platform and associated ERP System. The State Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring all physical plant operations are reconciled in compliance with state regulations in METRC. Therefore, a State Reporting Manager should feel comfortable consulting teams on appropriate reporting, counting, and inventory operations to maintain continuous compliance. The primary function of the State Reporting Manager is to ensure our cultivation team is advised and supported in daily state reporting functions.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the METRC Key Administrator for all cannabis licenses.
- Directs the application of METRC tags, and ensures tags are affixed properly.
- Ensures all IPM and Fertigation activities are reported correctly in METRC.
- Directs the recording of all transferred items and inventory.
- Serves as key regulatory liaison for state reporting, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of all state regulations.
- Maintains a strict plant inventory at all times, in support of the Operations Manager.

The Cultivation Supervisor serves as our first line of leadership for our cultivation technicians, ensuring our teams are managed effectively for crops to thrive. The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our teams have fulfil plant nutrient and IPM needs and manage day to day operations. Therefore, a Cultivation Supervisor should feel comfortable directing teams with manual plant operations including trimming, cloning, watering, and spraying plants as needed. The primary function of the Cultivation Supervisor is to lead our cultivation team towards plants that thrive and produce the best harvest possible.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and manages physical agricultural work, giving directions in accordance with Cultivation policies and procedures.
- Manages watering schedules, plant nutrients and chemicals as needed.
- Directs a positive team dynamic, ensuring a positive culture persists.
- Oversees and directs the moving, lifting, arranging of plants.
- Ensures cultivation practices are regulatory compliant, supervising all inputs into METRC and managing as needed.
- Monitors and coordinates with the cultivation team on IPM.
