Cannabis Delivery Driver
We are looking to staff Delivery Drivers that deliver cannabis products directly to customers with company car. A great work ethic, great communication/customer service skills, common sense, and trustworthiness are all that is required! Everything else can be trained. You will be the only face to face customer interaction for the company, so it is important you are great at human communication (plus it helps with tips)!
By law, must be 21 or older.
JOB DUTIES:
- Drive product from Sun Valley dispensary to customers.
- Become familiar with the products of flower produced.
- Review daily tasks to see what needs to be completed for the day.
- Checking in with department lead to get personal daily agenda and delivery routes
- Must review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedules
- Follow directions when assigned a task
- Conduct over all cleanliness of vehicle before delivery day starts and after each delivery is made.
- Checking in and out with Operations Manager when taking and/or leaving product and ensuring the products taken are documented.
- Adhering to all company policies
- Other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years’ experience as a Delivery Driver.
- Must have experience driving scheduled routes, and adaptability to change or update routes as needed
- Professional communication with all customers and internal employees.
- Good time management and ability to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Follow routes and stick to time schedule. If you are going to be late or need to change delivery times, you must call the client to inform them.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS
- Ability to work well with a team while demonstrating a professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied before leaving
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries for deliveries

- Maintaining Driver’s License in “good Standing” and without points during employment

- Education and/or Experience - 2 or more years of experience Driving and making delivery to customers. High School diploma required.
- Language Skills – Ability to follow written directions and articulate questions regarding accurate task performance and execution. Ability to log information and data collection in written form. Ability to create and submit reports regarding inventory numbers and any deviations from established route.
- Required Technical/Other Skills/Licenses – Must have a valid California Driver's license. Must be 21+ years of age. Must have clean driving record.

Job Description
Inventory Associate
The Inventory Associate works closely with the Inventory Manager and the Director of Operations to ensure all shipments, inventory counts, and packaging operations remain compliant, and up to date in the company’s internal system as well as Metrc’s Track and Trace.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
Physical counting of various products, applying barcodes/labels, organizing inventory rooms, restocking front ShowRoom, monitoring front and back stock for healthy inventory levels, creating shipping manifests and receiving manifests, producing and maintaining weekly reports and records.

- Ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels between ShowRoom and BackStock.
- Produce weekly inventory reports.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or any level of specialized certification may be taken into consideration.
Direct experience with and knowledge of Cannabis Laws and Regulations, preferable but not required.
Direct experience with and knowledge of Metrc’s Track and Trace System, preferable but not required.
Comfortable with Microsoft suite and excel in particular.
Tech & Media Savvy.
Attentive to detail.
Analytical problem solver.

Must be able to work with a team as well as take off on your own.
Must be able to lift weights up to 50lbs and to stand for long periods of time. Duties listed above are a sample of a normal work day; additional tasks may be added as needed.
