We are a growing distributor of nicotine and delta-8 THC based vapor products looking for full-time salespeople to add to our team.
An ideal candidate would be an expert in both cold and warm B2B sales, can easily navigate Salesforce, and loves the upside that a commission structure with no ceiling provides. Strong organizational ability and skill in negotiation will be key factors in your success with us.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales. Candidates will start as 1099 during their initial training and trial period which typically lasts between two and four months, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers and introduce our products to key decision makers
- Negotiate and close deals with different types of businesses (retail, c-store, distribution, etc.)
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with a large catalog of products at your disposal
- Utilize a combination of lead lists, internet research, and networking to find prospective new business opportunities
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and secure long-term relationships
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience selling business to business
- Minimum of 1 year experience cold calling
- Prior cannabis or vapor industry sales experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
Skills to Succeed:
- Expertise in presentation and negotiation – has a win-win mentality
- Great with people - prioritizes active listening and clear communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Agile thinker and avid researcher
Compensation:
Hourly is $15.00 plus 5% commission on profit. Commission increases to 12% after a certain amount of sales. No upper limit on commissions.
