We are seeking a top notch Senior Laboratory Manager/Senior General Manager to work for a growing medical laboratory company with locations in New Jersey and New York. We are seeking an experienced leader who wants to grow in their career to an executive, manage and build out a team and has a great personality that can work with all types! The General Manager manages all aspects of laboratory services for the laboratory at designated sites, establishes and maintains a productive working relationships with people inside the laboratory and people outside the laboratory including customers, regulatory staff and corporate staff and works with leadership to define and maintain laboratory capacity.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of related experience

· 3+ years of management experience, previous experience in a leadership position

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field- Chemistry, Biology, Science, etc

· Must have exceptional communications skills-written and oral- candidate must be able to talk with all kinds

· Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision

· Must be a polished, well-spoken leader who wants to grow in their career

· Multi-state or multi-location management experience highly preferred

· Cannabis industry is a plus but not required

This role is paying a very lucrative base salary + large bonus + full benefits + stock options + PTO and more!

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,001.00 per year
