This position is responsible for preparing all plants ready for the drying phase of cultivation. Employees are responsible for efficiently removing fan leaves and harvesting of all plants in our facility. This position works together as a team and works under direct supervision. Other responsibilities include, sorting and grading all dried flower for trim, preparing and sorting all trimmed flower and prepping flower for curing process. This is a great way to get into the cannabis field!
Skills:
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to be on feet for 8 or more hours.
· Attention to detail, and strong work-ethic
· Ability to work in greenhouse like conditions
· Ability to maintain clean, bio-secure workspace
· Great attitude and willingness to learn
