Account Executive Job Description:
Relief Brand is a rapidly growing CBD brand based in Oregon. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results oriented individual with a proven track record for excellence in sales generation and territory management.
We manufacture high quality CBD products in our FDA registered, cGMP, and Organic Certified facility and are looking to expand our sales team. Our brand was started in early 2018 and will continue to expand into many accounts around the state and throughout the nation.
Our goal is to be an industry influences, educator, and beacon of health and wellness for the public. We strive to have full transparency with product testing and information for our customers. Our products are some of the highest quality in the industry.
The ideal candidate will garner the ability to build lasting customer relationships and be an ambassador of the brand. We are growing quickly with the mission of being a mainstay in the CBD industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness and has personal experience with CBD and/or has basic knowledge of hemp, CBD, and their benefits.
- Achieve established goals and quotas profitably
- Prospect for new business in order to consistently increase sales, penetrate territory, & increase customer base and market share
- Conduct needs analysis appointments and make sales
- Invest time and energy in training for personal development in the areas of selling skills and product knowledge
- Conduct business honestly, ethically, and with integrity, which will develop trust & respect with customers and fellow employees
Territory and Channels of Distribution:
- To be determined based on experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in independent business to business sales.
- Should have basic knowledge or personal experience with CBD, hemp, and its benefits
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- Highly motivated professional
- Ability to identify business opportunities to increase market share
- Strong interpersonal conversation skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred yet, not required
Compensation:
- Rep will be 1099 independent contractor with a competitive performance-based compensation structure
