JOB PURPOSE: This is a Retail Sales position that is responsible for sales, product knowledge and regulation compliance. This position provides friendly, professional and compassionate customer service to our guests, through product education and recommendations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Selling of merchandise on sales floor to our guests using exceptional active listening skills.
- Answer questions customers may have, thoroughly
- Assisting in the stocking of merchandise and keeping our sales floor looking neat and clean.
- Quickly and precisely handling transactions while always maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Answering telephones
- Assist with inventories as needed
- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
- Understand and comply with State, Local and Federal Laws, including HIPPA.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
- Must pass a background check
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior retail experience a plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience handling cash and maintaining a balanced drawer

- Standing/Walking/Bending 100%
- Occasional Pushing/Pulling up to 25lbs

JOB PURPOSE: The General Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of a cannabis retail dispensary while cultivating a strong group of professionals through training, mentoring, and development. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales while maintaining a high level of service in a distinctive environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must possess a valid NM State Driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to delivery excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and teams
- Maintains open availability including nighttime, daytime, weekends, and holidays
- In depth experience in performance management, hiring, and training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

- Excels in financial and business analysis
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in an efficient, meaningful and timely manner

- Familiarity with BioTrack or alternative POS and Seed-to-Sale tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations required for working in the retail cannabis space
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have interest in the cannabis industry and be culturally aligned with company mission
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of experience in the retail management, operations, or hospitality, of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory capacity. Previous experience in medical or adult use cannabis industries is desirable.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit and kneel daily in retail and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases
- Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily
- Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.
- Absent conditions that would prevent the occasional use of PPE such as safety glasses, dust masks, etc.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for several contiguous hours
