We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is for an individual who is trying to grow his/her career.
- Business Hours are 8a-5p, Monday-Friday. However, we can accommodate a reasonable Flex-time/work schedule. Work is done on-site Monday-Thursday and by telecommuting on Fridays.
- Must be flexible with work schedule because corporate events are in the afternoon and evenings, and project emergencies happen at inconvenient times.
- Attire is business casual.
RESPONSIBILITIES
30% Operations
- Support a small but growing business
- Assist with internal office duties and assignments that support the function and growth of the company that include:
- Provide day to day office appearance and office supplies
- Be first contact for office visitors (meet & greet), and call-ins (answer the phone)
- Perform data entry on project on-boarding and close-out tasks
- Perform time-keeping data entry for employees on specified accounts
- Create and send-out client & employee surveys
- Asset Management (Order and manage consultant hardware)
- Order Office Supplies
- Get Mail
20% Executive Support
- Perform data administration tasks within internal CRM (Customer Relational Management) & Project systems
- Work on assigned business projects
- Provide a range of administrative support for the Managing Director and core Leadership team, including but not limited to: calendar and expense management and calendar management.
- Respond in a timely manner to requests from leaders and consultants to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
50% Marketing
- Be willing to train and study for company paid Marketing and Project Management certifications.
- Manage internal company Marketing campaigns, initiatives and drive projects. This includes project schedule, calls for content, content review, and campaign distribution.
- Provide strategy and help created a inbound marketing road-map.
- Own Social Media with goal to increase followers to an identified goal by end of 2020.
- Run analytics and provide metrics and insight on Social Media
- Create content and deploy email campaigns, employee newsletters, event flyers, webinars, social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. blogs)
- Plan, host and emcee a minimum of 8 corporate events/year. This includes event set-up and tear down.
- Manage company website content and change requests.
- Order marketing / promotional items.
- Emcee company webinar and bi yearly town halls.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- A 4 year degree is required for this role.
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistance and/or Project Coordination is required.
- Type 50+ WPM is required.
- 3+ years of PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- 1+ years of Digital Marketing including Social Media
- 1+ year of Event Planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to edit written content and correct punctuation and grammar errors.
- Ability to work independently and alone. Most of our consultants work at client sites or telecommute and this role sometimes works alone during the day.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-managed and self-driven.
- Must be self-critical and always striving for excellence.
- This role requires a 10-panel drug test (includes cannabis), and a criminal background check.
NOTE:
- Must be eligible to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Visa services are not offered.
- A background check and drug test is required.
- Relocation is not offered. Local applicants only will be considered.
