Job Summary:
Trimmers will be working Monday through Friday trimming our product. Experience in trimming is recommended but not required. Trimmers are needed 7 to 10 days per month.
Job Description:
- Final Trimming the dried cannabis
- Weighing the product
- Keeping a clean working environment
- Follow SOPs to maintain proper sanitation
- Perform various cultivation related tasks precisely and consistently
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional
- Must be able to pass a background check with no substance related felonies
- High School Diploma or greater required
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Cannot be a current licensed caregiver
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saugatuck, MI 49408: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Caring for plants daily. Cloning, watering, harvesting, trimming
- Careful observation of plants for signs of growing issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Cleaning, organizing, & sanitizing grow rooms and equipment
- Meeting goals for plant maintenance, harvesting, trimming, & packaging
- Maintaining a culture of professionalism
- Additional duties as required by supervisors in facility
