Brand Ambassador
Full Job Description
PB Industries is seeking an ambitious Brand Ambassador with a passion for cannabis to join our team! We are an Oregon born and based company with multiple industry leading brands with lots of exciting opportunities for growth. This position comes with a competitive hourly rate and room to grow!
Position Summary: It is a PBI Brand Ambassador’s top priority to provide excellent customer service and build strong lasting professional relationships with our customers. This position will require the use of both industry knowledge and sales skills. Our ambassadors have high attention to detail with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. They understand and consistently uphold the culture of PBI in their daily actions as the face of the company. They are driven, adaptable, and maintain a high level of industry knowledge.
Duties
- Participate in and support the development and execution of sales planning, strategies, and processes to drive product sales and market penetration.
- Introduce new cannabis brands from an established company to the evolving market with pride and professional enthusiasm.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Schedule and run Vendor days.
- Identify potential new customers and establish connections.
- Schedule sample drops with potential new customers.
- Actively solicit, develop, and promote the sale of our products.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommendations for product updates or alterations.
- Stay up to date on our product offerings, services, pricing, promotions, terms and conditions of sales, and other relevant information.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer service issues, and sales activity within the CRM and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Invoice, Payment Management, & Delivery
- Build and manage accurate orders in our current CRM.
- Provide all payment documentation to accounting
- Schedule delivery using our drivers and prebuilt delivery schedule.
- Closely monitor and manage due dates for outstanding invoices
General
- Actively monitor team communication channels
- Provide Budtender presentations and education. Conduct on site vendor days at shops in your territory to help solidify brand notoriety and recognition.
- Maintain constant communication with your accounts and provide reliable service in a positive and professional manner.
- Attend weekly sales meeting
Experience
- Cannabis: 1 year preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid State-Issued Driver’s License
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds safely and properly

- Capable of traversing the entire state of Oregon during all seasons
- Reliable Car
- Travel and overnight stays required
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales
