We are seeking a Grower to support all aspects of crop production from seed to packaging at our aeroponic plant-growing facility in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities
- Run autoseeder equipment
- Plant boards
- General cleaning and morning sanitation
- Clean boards and netcups
- Crop harvesting
- Packaging
- Filling reservoirs and monitoring pH and EC
- Monitor crop development and maintain quality standards
- Able to work in a team with diverse, talented professionals in a fast pace environment
- Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized production areas
- Maintain crop production and related records
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including GAP and FSMA food safety regulations.
- Able to perform physical lift 25 lbs. repetitively, and 50 lbs. occasionally
Required Work Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or related field and at least 2 years’ Controlled Environment Agriculture experience, such as commercial greenhouses or grow rooms required
- Equivalent work experience will be considered in place of formal education
- Knowledge of aeroponic or hydroponic production needed
- Positive, dependable, highly organized, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work with growers and the rest of our great team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Weekend work required
- Scheduling flexibility for overtime as necessary to meet the needs of the job.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including GAP and FSMA food safety regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Grower to support all aspects of the growing process from seed to packaging at our aeroponic plant-growing facility in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage all plant needs of crops growing in the facility, including propagation, transplanting, irrigation, nutrient, and disease control
- Monitor crop development and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate production schedule from seed to harvest
- Able to work in a team with diverse, talented professionals in a fast pace environment
- Update SOP’s as needed
- Planning and scheduling growing, estimating yield to meet established quotas
- Meeting crop, yield and quality requirements on schedule
- Set and monitor environmental factors in the grow chambers
- Maintain an inventory of nutrients and other supplies
- Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized production areas
- Maintain crop production, growing techniques, and pest management records
- Able to perform physical lift 25 lbs. repetitively, and 50 lbs. occasionally
Required Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or related field and at least 5 years’ Controlled Environment Agriculture experience, such as commercial greenhouses or grow rooms required
- Equivalent work experience will be considered in place of formal education
- Knowledge of aeroponic or hydroponic production needed
- Positive, dependable, highly organized, and results-oriented
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
- Work with growers and the rest of our great team to identify new ways to improve processes in the areas of logistics, placement, etc. Test and document new methods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Scheduling flexibility for overtime and weekends is required to meet the needs of the job.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including GAP and FSMA food safety regulations.
