The “Whatâ€Â
Overall: You’re essential in keeping the books up to date for multiple entities
Bookkeeping for 6+ entities: Accounts are reconciled, assisting with budgets and reports

- Invoicing and point of contact for our clients

Communicating with entities, employees and contractors about updates
- Filing of local taxes and prepping audits

Overall: You’re essential in making behind the scenes ops happen and keeping the entities running
Administrative support for 6+ entities: Projects are managed, processes are in-play and paperworks are handled

Creating entities and keeping in compliance with annual reporting

Maintaining insurances and registrations

Tracking tools & budgeting

Creating & maintaining administrative & process SOPs

Conducting project & people management
-
Receiving and acting on mail
People Ops: Humans are empowered, benefits are administered and compliances are kept

Conversing and learning from our vendors

Coordinating benefits and ensuring they are rolled out and are happening

Processing payroll

Assisting in onboarding/offboarding employees/contractors

Communicating with entities, employees and contractors about updates

Monitoring multiple states for compliance
