We are Nanolux Technology, a wholesale lighting supplier to the indoor horticulture market. We have an existing customer base of 700+ hydroponic stores we sell to throughout the U.S. We are looking for a sales manager who is familiar with the cannabis industry, is able to travel up to 2 weeks per month, is able to work on weekends as needed for tradeshows and vendor days, has experience in B2B sales, has exceptional communication skills, and has exceptional office/program skills such as microsoft outlook, excel, word, MethodCRM or similar, Quickbooks Enterprise or similar, Expensify or similar.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential by managing a team of 6 remote sales representatives, overseeing our marketing plan which includes social media.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Manage existing sales, revenue and expenses reports to present to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent people management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
