Job Title:
Hemp/CBD Wellness Company Outside Sales Representative
High-quality organic hemp/cbd wellness company is looking for a motivated outside sales representative for commissioned sales in California, multiple locations.
Job Summary:
You will represent Liquid Flower in face-to-face interactions with existing and new retail buyers in the health, wellness and CBD markets.
Must have current accounts within the following sales channels:
CBD Stores
Nutrition, vitamin shops
Natural foods, fresh markets
Specialty retailers
Holistic, lifestyle, alternative, functional medicine
Wellness centers, spas, massage therapy
Fitness (large and boutique) such as yoga, pilates, barre, spin, boot camp
Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Sports fitness
Compensation:
Commission only, high commission rate, uncapped earnings
Territories Available (multiple territories is a possibility):
All California Regions
Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new accounts in your territory/territories
- Maintain communication with accounts including throughout the ordering and delivery process
- Generate quality leads by means of web research, attending expos, events and networking
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and distributors
- Review, address and resolve any outstanding client Accounts Receivable issues
- Visit all clients, in person, on a regular, rotating basis during normal business hours
- Travel within your managed territories visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance and collecting market share information
- Continually monitor account sales and inventory
- Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
- Learn and be able to recite the benefits of Liquid Flower and be an educational ambassador
- Prepare detailed sales info, brand position and performance updates at scheduled meetings
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years doing outside sales in the hemp/cbd wellness industry is required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are mandatory
- At least 21 years old
- Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Engaging, persuasive and approachable personality
- Strong relationship building skills
- Above average time management and organizational skills
- Ability and passion to meet new people and promoting products in a competitive environment
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Appreciation of and enthusiasm for cannabis culture preferred
- Existing relationships with owners and decision makers required
- Expertise in CRM system use
- Microsoft Office skills should be intermediate to advanced level
Job Types: Contract, Commission
Pay: $38,877.00 - $126,484.00 per year

Job Summary:
You will represent a cannabis wellness brand in face-to-face interactions with existing and new retail buyers in dispensaries and delivery services around the LA Area as an educational ambassador and outside sales. The ideal candidate will have existing retail accounts and additional lines.
Compensation:
Commission only
Territories Available (multiple territories is a possibility):
All of SoCal & Desert Communities
