The Cultivation Cleaning and Build Technician l assists all cultivation crew in maintaining clean and organized equipment as well as helping build and take down grow rooms. Cultivation Cleaning and Build Technician works closely with the Veg and Flower Supervisors, Cultivation Manager and the Director of Cultivation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Keeping wash stations clean and orderly
- Using proper techniques to keep drains unplugged in the wash station area floors
- Using proper techniques to clean each type of equipment including pumps, tubing, hoses and baskets
- Organization of buckets, drip tubes and all miscellaneous growing supplies
- Inform Supervisors, Cultivation Manager, or the Director of Cultivation of cleaning supply levels so that re-orders can be placed in a timely manner
- Cultivation duties as needed, such as breaking down, cleaning or re-assembling of grow rooms
- Understand and be familiar with all cultivation equipment and tools and the cleaning of all equipment and tools
- Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
- All other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Processing Technician - Packager is primarily responsible for the accurate counting, boxing, and labeling of outgoing dispensary orders as well as comparing invoices and/or manifests to the physical products for orders. Packaging Lead performs quality control checks on outgoing orders and helps oversee the packaging team with accurate packaging and labeling of packaged flower.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Counting, boxing, and labeling outgoing dispensary orders- Comparing physical counts, strain names and batch numbers to those listed on invoices and manifests
- Quality control checks on orders prior to them leaving the facility to be shipped including filling out and signing off on the Quality Control Logs.
- Working with the Packaging Lead to make sure orders are being fulfilled in order of priority
- Package and sticker products
- Cleaning and delegation of cleaning in Flower Packaging Room and restrooms
- Follow specific cleaning guidelines, including the handling of reagents, safe disposal of reagents, spent cannabis material and general trash
- Ability to multi-task repeatedly with attention to detail and minimal errors
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- May be required to work nights and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tech I
- Package, sticker, and count cannabis products/finished goods
- Confirm batch and lot numbers on finished goods’ product labels are correct
- Create “Lots” of Bud, Smalls, Shake, and Live Resin in LeafLogix and Metrc as well as physically
- Coordinate third party Laboratory testing and transfers
- Confirm Harvest Batches’ Untrimmed Dry Weights (“Buck” weights) by reweighing and recording weights
- Coordinate and execute conversions and transfers to Extractions Department
- Carefully manage inventory flow during busy order fulfillment periods
- Ability to multi-task repeatedly with attention to detail and minimal errors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Read, understand, and follow all CCB regulations relating to inventory control and chain of custody
- Assist with supervision of Trim Technicians on trim machine and grinding machine on their workflow and duties
- Delegate cannabis products for processing and trimming
- Other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Maintenance Technician, under supervision of the Facility Manager, performs a variety of routine skilled maintenance for AYR Wellness facilities; ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, minor HVAC maintenance, minor plumbing, and minor electrical trades and overall general maintenance. Operates a variety of maintenance tools and equipment; and performs related work as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a variety of routine skilled maintenance including, but not limited to, the general maintenance of or HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.
- Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment; replaces and/or cleans filters; identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to Facilities Manager.
- Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to Facility Manager
- Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required..
- Maintains records and logs of daily activities.
- Performs related duties, as assigned.
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Methods and techniques used in the operation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Operational characteristics of a variety of tools and equipment.

Must possess; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy physical work, to work around machines, to climb and descend ladders, to operate a variety of tools and equipment, and to operate a motor vehicle; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen and to distinguish colors in wiring; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. Frequent walking in operational areas to identify problems or hazards. Finger dexterity needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, calculator, and to operate tools and equipment.
