Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who is looking to work in a challenging, ever-evolving fast-paced environment. In this role, you will participate in producing clear visual arts and technology that support the design efforts of special projects. You will also be responsible for the development of ad campaigns, and the creation of unique designs as they are needed. Required work hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
Designing monthly ad campaigns- Design promotional tools and collateral for sales and marketing
- Create product mockups and maintains company vector art database
- Design event assets (light walls, display cases, etc.)
Requirements
Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet tight deadlines- Profound knowledge in typography, graphics, print, and web design
- Accepting constructive criticism and making revisions as necessary
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to problem solve creatively and effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Compelling portfolio of work with a wide variety of projects
- Open to expanding knowledge and staying current with new technology and design trends

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (Preferred)

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the development of client relationships to increase company sales while maintaining day to day contact with established accounts. The ideal candidate will service customers by responding to and fulfilling client needs, building rapport, generating order quotes, and ensuring delivery satisfaction. Skills required for success in this position include computer literacy, as well as exceptional communication, sales strategies, and customer service skills. The hours of operation for this position are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing and building client account relationships for the company- Resolving any customer merchandise issues
- Supporting Outside Sales Representatives by catering to customer needs
- Cold calling and following up with multiple accounts daily
- Following up with accounts after they have ordered product to ensure quality assurance with the company
- Updating and keeping detailed records of account tasks and activities, customer profile and account information, and service / sales records
Requirements
Must be well-versed in basic computer functions- Reliable transportation
- No scheduling conflicts
- Must have telephone etiquette and effective research abilities
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and ambitious team members to join our team! The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for setting up a creative space to host pop-ups at stores as they are booked. Skills required for success in this position include computer literacy, exceptional communication, and social media engagement. The hours of operation for this position will vary, but will be most requested for Thursday - Saturday, anywhere from 12pm - 7pm.
