Cultivation/Production Associate
Kind Farms is a company that is 100% committed to developing and maintaining an unmatched standard of excellence in the cannabis industry. We are and will forever be grateful to the voters and the state of California for allowing us to achieve our lifelong passion of legally cultivating cannabis and providing our clients with a product that we would share with our friends and families. In appreciation of our position and standing in the local, county, and state communities Kind Farms not only follows every law very strictly but also sets our own standards for regulations, cleanliness, safety, and drug, alcohol, and harassment free workplace. To achieve that standard of excellence the team in charge of the greenhouse facility will be hand selected based on much different criteria than typical cannabis industry jobs. For instance, absolutely no cannabis experience is required and an emphasis on work ethic and the ability to set your mind to following procedures, keeping accurate logs and data entry, precise, accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks is much more valued. If you are the “best grower” or “know how to do it better”, please do not apply. What we are looking for are individuals that are excited to come together as a team to collectively achieve the goals the company has assigned the cultivation/production crew. This brand-new state-of-the-art greenhouse will be operated as a fast paced, high throughput, efficient, scientific, data driven factory.
