POSITION SUMMARY
A Compliance Associate is responsible for the implementation of company-wide procedures that will ensure proper medical dosing compliance. They will assist the Compliance Director in following through with essential duties and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Follow directions and protocol from the Compliance Director
- Ensure the company is following state and city regulations
- Ensure that product is correctly tagged and monitored through METRC
- Ensure product is stored and transferred correctly through METRC in accordance with regulations
- Facilitate lab pick ups
- Assist in the management and maintenance of quality control records
- Effectively communicate new systems to appropriate parties
- Work closely with kitchen supervisors to manage quality control systems
- Work with Managing Partners in regard to regulatory compliance of quality testing
- Assist in active ingredient procurement and production
- Collaborate on future products and systems
- Working knowledge of all products, equipment, and systems
- Improve performance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Cannabis experience preferred
- METRC knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail required
- Math proficiency required
