Job Summary
This position is in the field and home office. Territory is Western Washington. Objectives include engaging customers to ensure perfect-order placement, maximizing sell-through, and consultation. Using insights, the role is to find both new location opportunities and existing line item and volume opportunities within current customer locations. This position works closely with both company and the customer to maximize profitable sales for both, using industry experience and business analytics.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Customer resource for all B2B-related needs relative to our Company.
- Promote new and existing products
- Provide product recommendations for customer
- Identify opportunities for sales growth opportunities within existing customer locations
- Prospect new customers
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Ability to compel decision-makers/buyers
- Create and Attend Vendor Day events
- Manage actual client inventory where needed
- Place orders
- Resolve/Correct any pricing/invoicing/ordering problems
- Coach and Train customers on Customer Order Entry through the B2B site.
- Attend Trade Shows/Vendor Events
- Weekly ROI mtg with Sales Leadership

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to travel in Washington State to attend Vendor Shows as needed
- Reliable Transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum Two years of Industry experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Working Cell Phone
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Commitment to always do the right thing
- Understanding of Cannabis industry B2B sales processes
