We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

By perfecting the art of extraction we aim to minimize the need for any post-processing and instead harness the natural powers of physics and chemistry using our state-of-the-art Supercritical CO2 Extraction system in order to precisely and deliberately separate the molecular compounds within the plant. We believe that we can revolutionize the extraction industry by not only providing the highest quality extracts the world has ever seen, but by providing an extraction process built for the future; an extraction process that is safe, sustainable, & efficient.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of HIGHTECH Extracts equipment and lab services
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, in-person meetings, attending events, and visiting local locations
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Maintain ongoing industry and competition learning (Cannabis/Hemp, Overall extraction market)
- Manage the sales journey and learn/implement methods to optimize/automate the sales process via MailChimp/Zoho CRM
- Explore and initiate new lead-generation opportunities in (social media, events, tradeshows, industry organizations, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives to drive sales and provide input to improve the process
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, content
- Attend/assist in the planning of trade shows and other sales/marketing events
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
