Trim Supervisor
The Trim Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day trim work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support for all trimmers, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedure including managing and tracking trimmer KPI, trimmer incentives, and tote inventory and responsible for highest possible standards of work in trim, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with State regulations and standards set by High Life Farms.
- Overseeing day to day operations in trim
- Set up and manage daily tasks for trimmers
- Oversee and track weights/waste to document on trim log
- Edit dry room inventory as necessary
- Oversee daily trim room break down and clean up are followed and documentation is prepared and submitted as required.
- Open & Close Shifts- based on Cultivation Department workflow
- Supervising trimmers daily tasks and responsibility
- Allocate supplies and product to trimmers throughout the workday
- Statistical tracking duties, trim incentive, and end of day reporting
- Inventory log of totes being checked out of the processing room
- Track Gram per Hour statistics
- Trim quality and oversight of trimmer quality
- Trim to flower ratio monitoring
- Batch turnaround progress
- Harvest processing log completed and verified by Trim Manager
- Processing room environment log
- Organization, labor supervision, oversight, and quality assurance of trim
- Ensure only quality product meeting high standards set by the company
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Moderate to loud exposure to noise level.

- Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a fingerprinting background check
Education/Experience:
- Cannabis experience preferred
- At least two years of relevant work experience in trim
- Experience in quality control is helpful.
- 2 years of supervisor experience

The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day post-harvest work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support for all Post Harvest Associates, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedure including managing and tracking the harvest, dry, trim, cure and packaging of product Responsible for highest possible standards of work in post-harvest, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with State regulations and standards set by High Life Farms
- Overseeing day to day operations in post-harvest
- Set up and manage daily tasks for Post-Harvest staff
- Oversee and track weights/waste to document on the buck and trim log
- Edit cure room and dry room inventory as necessary
- Oversee daily trim room break down and clean up are followed and documentation is prepared and submitted as required.

- Supervising post-harvest associate’s daily tasks and responsibility
