Outside Sales Representative
Do you love cannabis? So do we! We’re actively looking for results-driven sales representatives to promote and sell cannabis to dispensaries. You will actively seek out and engage with dispensary owners to establish relationships, market Growing Wellness cannabis and drive sales.
About Growing Wellness, LLC:
Growing Wellness operates a premier medical cannabis dispensary and grow facility located in Weatherford, Ok. We're committed to dispensing medical cannabis in the most responsible means possible. Our priority is to educate and empower our consumers to gain control of their health and find happiness. We aim to be the industry leader in Western Oklahoma. We're looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best medical cannabis experience in Oklahoma. Our sales people are medical cannabis product specialists. We're looking for walking medical cannabis dictionaries - full of knowledge about strains and industry trends.
Prior cannabis business sales experience to dispensaries is preferred. The perfect candidate will be someone with active relationships with Oklahoma dispensaries who can quickly achieve sales targets. As a sales representative, you will be required to make cold calls and establish relationships in your territory.
This is a commission-based independent contractor position located in Oklahoma. The more you sell, the more you make!
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products using current cannabis and testing results to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customers from cold calling leads and other prospecting methods
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and provide status reports
- Use a CRM program to accurately record details of your sales visits and orders
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the cannabis market
- Participate in internal meetings to help develop sales processes, product packages, coordinate sales, report on sales activities, implement new procedures, solve problems, discuss competitive advantage, and keep the team up to date with information
Skills
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in cannabis sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must own a personal computer, mobile smartphone, printer and be familiar with Word, Excel, and G-Suite Tools.
- Must have daily access to the internet
- Familiarity with sales practices along with ability to build productive business and professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and negotiating skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Motivation to cold call and initiate communication with retail outlets
Qualifications:
- Outgoing with sales experience (required).
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Strong listening skills.
- Must be extremely organized and consistent with work.
- Proficient with computers and technology.
- HS diploma (required).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Must be able to pass OSBI background check.
- Must be 21 years of age to apply.

We are looking for a Growing Manager to oversee our medical cannabis production. It’s an opportunity for you to join a thriving business in a blooming industry. Looking for highly experienced, professional grower with commercial grow expertise. We have over 15000 square feet of indoor, hydroponic grow space. We expect appropriate pheno-hunting, colling of low yield plants, cloning and unique hybrid production (creating of original strains) to accommodate the ever growing needs of the market. As a Growing Manager, you’ll ensure we grow different strains properly, and you’ll identify and resolve issues with plants and manage inventory controls. You should have a hands-on approach with excellent knowledge of cannabis genetics and growth requirements.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure we satisfy our customers with high-quality medical marijuana products.
Master grower responsibilities include:
- Overseeing cannabis crops from planting to harvesting
- Ensuring facilities are clean and pest-free
- Managing all aspects of cultivation, including inventory and employees
Responsibilities

- Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants
- Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, nutrients, etc.)
- Apply indoor farming methods that increase our yields
- Lead maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations)
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations
- Ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures
- Supervise and coach employees who tend to the plants (e.g. cannabis trimmers)
- Inspect quality of harvest
Requirements
- Degree in horticulture, plant biology, or botany is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a grower, preferably at a large scale; some management experience required
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle and requirements
- Familiarity with environment protection practices and the marijuana legal framework in our area
- Understanding of pest and disease management techniques
- Willingness to continue learning about horticulture and cannabis farming, and stay on top of current and future trends
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Must provide references
