Greencraft is a family-owned and operated, craft cannabis cultivation in Muskegon, MI. We have built a brand-new state of the art facility and offer a great environment to work in. We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our cultivation team. Ideal candidates will be detail-orientated, have respect for people and cannabis, and can adapt to constant changes in a new industry. We run a professional operation and value candidates with diverse experiences, including those with military and first responder backgrounds.
This is a direct hire, day shift (8am-4:30pm), full-time and/or part-time position. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Growing and post-harvest activities- this is the focus of the position. This position will work within the team on every step of the plant’s life cycle. This includes everything from cloning and defoliating the plants, all the way through harvesting, bucking the buds, and packaging.
· Cleaning, Cleaning, Cleaning- it is critical that the facility and equipment are clean and properly maintained to achieve the optimal growing conditions.
· You will be a person of many skills- beyond plant touching tasks, you will be performing equipment maintenance, changing filters, installing new equipment and sensors as needed.
· As the company grows, there will opportunities to develop new skills in new roles, such as sales and marketing, and/or working in our extraction and tissue culture lab.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS
- No cultivation experience needed. You will learn on the job
- At least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work periods sitting in one place
- High school diploma
- Weekend availability. Expectation is to work one Saturday or Sunday once a month.

- Employee must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn from feedback.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and standing and some bending, stooping, and stretching for extended periods of time - some tasks are repetitive.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location.

- Cultivation staff must follow the rules, policies, and procedures of the company and state regulatory agencies.
- Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback and coaching; voices concern in a constructive manner.

Cultivation Technician

Greencraft is a family owned and operated licensed cannabis cultivation. We have built a brand new, state of the art grow facility in Muskegon, MI. We are looking for both 1 or 2 full and part time employees. At Greencraft, we believe in order to produce the best products, it starts with having the best employees.

- Cleaning and maintaining the facility- it is critical that the facility is maintained properly to achieve the optimal growing environment
- As the company grows, there will opportunities to develop new skills, such as working in our extraction and tissue culture lab.
