We are a dynamic, well-renowned call center company serving the telephone needs of our medical cannabis patients. This position will entail greeting and directing patient callers by answering the telephone calls of our patients and scheduling them in our multiple locations throughout the state of Florida also determining the nature of the call and directing callers to the appropriate destination and/or following client instructions to obtain a message. You also will be required to make follow-up calls and confirmation calls for the following days. Operators are required to provide accurate, efficient, and professional service to every caller, client, and co-worker. We operate from 6 am-3 pm, serving our East Coast clinics with weekends off.
Our ideal candidate would be an organized, diligent, and a team-oriented individual who excels in conversing professionally with patients on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond their day to day duties to add value to our growing company.
About Our Call Center :
We have been delivering world-class answering, and call center services to medical offices large and small for more than 6 years. We have pioneered many of the concepts that are now commonplace in the industry and our high standards and professionalism have earned us high marks with our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Answer incoming calls and outbound calls as per your training and scheduling patients in multiple clinics throughout the state of Florida.
Provide quality service by handling each call professionally and efficiently
Follow company policies and procedures at all times. No exceptions
Complete special assignments as directed by management
Be able to work from 6am-3pm, with weekends off
Qualifications and Skills : *MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE!! ( 75-100 calls per person, per day)
Telephone Skills a MUST
If you are fluent in Spanish, as well as English, please note that in your resume
Must be able to type 35-40 wpm and have computer keyboard skills
Salesforce CRM is a plus!
Must be able to read/write/communicate professionally and clearly in English
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Including listening, speaking, talking, typing, and/or reading at the same time
Must be willing to adapt to changes that may happen daily/weekly/monthly
Including adapting to changes in schedule, duties, and/or tasks
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times
Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills

Must be able to sit for long periods of time

RATE OF PAY: $15.00 to start - FULL TIME 40 HOURS*
