- Safely transport medication to patients
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Delivery Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from patients
- Ensure cleanliness of company assigned vehicle
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and dispensary to resolve product issues
- Assist with phone and online orders as needed
- Maintain driver logs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
- Ability to read maps and use GPS
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Must have flexible schedule

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring local and state compliance, overseeing, the seed-to-sale inventory tracking system, equipment maintenance and calibration, facility safety management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, employee compliance, preparedness for inspections, scheduling and executing internal audits, training staff as required, and reporting to management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding of compliance requirements set forth in the VA DOH Regulations for Pharmaceutical Processors
- General understanding of: City/County Zoning and Planning, Department of Health, Local City/County Fire Department, etc.
- Track, route, and resolve problems and issues and/or redirect to the correct resources
- Ensure follow up on any redirected issues and problems
- Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) processes and quality systems (QC checks and audits) within departments to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Conduct audits of all regulated materials within the facility, to include plants, seeds, products, records, etc.
- Provide first level contact for inventory resolutions – generate incident reports when necessary
- Maintain Compliance Binder of required documentation and records
- Generate and process test lab samples
- Oversee Seed to Sale tracking system
- Responsible for composing and submitting any reports required by the DOH accurately and on time
- Maintain Quality Assurance program –
- Performs documentation reviews of such documents as: SOPs, facility logs, etc.
- Executes documentation changes within the confines of their prevue
- Establish and maintain controls for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time, and disposition of compliance management system records
- Maintain compliant operation against all work instructions, requirements and SOPs
- Work with cultivation and production teams in the collection of necessary documentation or data and maintaining records
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associates or Bachelors degree in project management, business administration, business management, operations management or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a related field

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, packaging, labeling and sealing of medical cannabis products to prepare for sale.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in the facility, especially the packaging/shipping area.
- Ensure all labeling is properly done to adhere to compliance requirements of the company and the Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
- Responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of all packaging equipment.
EDUCATION
- Minimum requirement - High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
- 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry preferred.

Position Summary
Green Leaf Medical of Virginia, LLC is a licensed pharmaceutical processor that cultivates, extracts and dispenses medical marijuana. In this position, you will be working as part of our cultivation labor team performing various tasks in the facility while maintaining quality and control standards. This is a fast paced, physically demanding work environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual with attention to detail. We are looking for self-starters and focused individuals. We are athletes and farmers. Attendance, timeliness, and dedication are extremely important to our company.
Laborer Tasks and Requirements:
- Cleaning various aspects of the building including but not limited to bins/dishes, room cleans in between harvests and plant moves, and help with overall building sanitation
- Help garden, harvest, processing, packaging, and dispensary staff complete various tasks on scheduled days
- Very labor intensive
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to withstand long periods of prolonged standing
- Must be able to work in hot and humid environments
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts:
- schedules are subject to change
- must be flexible and have open availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Education/License Requirements (must satisfy at least one of the following):
- a degree in horticulture or at least two years of experience cultivating plants
- a degree in chemistry or pharmacology or at least two years of experience extracting plants
- a pharmacist with a current, unrestricted license issued by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy
- a pharmacy technician with a current, unrestricted registration issued by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy and at least two years of experience practicing as a pharmacy technician
- a registered pharmacy intern who has completed the first professional year of pharmacy school
- No person who has had a license or registration suspended or revoked or been denied issuance of such license or registration will be considered for employment
