Our budtenders are the face of Green Gold Group. This position requires a highly-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to support the daily operations of our company’s medical and soon-to-be adult-use location including, sales, cash handling processes, inventory, customer service, regulatory compliance, patient communication, patient education, and patient information management, and all other necessary requirements to remain in compliance with state cannabis laws.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Assist with store operations and opening & closing procedures
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, process, procedures, and requirements
- Maintains a neat and professional appearance and practices appropriate personal hygiene
- Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system, inventory management and the MA state databases.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and GGG’s products
- Engages with consumers to better understand the consumers’ desired experience so that they can make informed product recommendations to best suit the needs of the customer
- Remains knowledgeable of GGG’s product inventory and is able to easily explain the benefits of the specific products and the methods of ingestion in a way that is understood by all customers
- Maintains a level of intellectual curiosity regarding the benefits of cannabis medicine.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Practices fine dining level customer service by providing extraordinary attention to the customers needs while communicating information of products honestly. Must go above and beyond to try and effectively answer customers questions and concerns.
- Comply with company cash handling polices and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy
- Verify the receipt of medical and retail supplies, equipment, and other resources
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and patient communication
- Execute customer service and quality surveys as assigned by management
- Daily compliance with medical and retail policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with the strategic direction set by management
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
- Assist as needed in inventory receiving, management, labeling, packaging, and re-stocking
- Notify Manager about any customer or product concerns/complains
- Notify Manager about any operational (security, plumbing, HVAC, computers, etc.) issues
- Completes other duties as assigned in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Night and weekend availability required.
- Maintain ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business

- Ability to qualify for Massachusetts MTC/ME agent licensure
- Must have reliable transportation

Extraction Laboratory Technician
Green Gold Group is a rapidly growing producer of premium medical cannabis. We are expanding our state-of-the-art hydrocarbon extraction laboratory and are seeking an extraction technician with previous experience in cannabis oil extraction, production of concentrates and post-processing distillation. The successful candidate is a dynamic, hardworking and reliable person willing to work with a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Manager in all aspects of extraction, purging, oil manipulation, winterization and distillation processes.
- Perform duties necessary for continuous extraction operations.
- Prepare equipment and plant materials for extraction.
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform equipment maintenance.
- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.
- Follow Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high quality concentrates.
- Understand and follow all safety protocols.
- Monitor system operations and perform tests as required.
- Record data for all procedures using computer systems or hard copy, whichever is appropriate.
- Maintain inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and prepare requisitions as needed.
- Follow compliance for tracking of biomass, products and waste.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of solvent and solvent free extraction including safe handling methods for hazardous materials.
- Familiarity with closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction and processing of the resulting oils into potent and flavorful concentrates.
- Experience with short path distillation desirable.
- Moderate lifting and carrying (25-50 lbs); heavier weights with assistance.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. May require bending, climbing and work on elevated platforms (not more than 5 feet high).
- Repetitive motions and understanding of lab equipment and control panel readouts.
- Working at a fast pace, subject to many interruptions and both physical and mental demands.
- Honest, trustworthy, articulate and must possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions. Stay current with up-to-date industry standards.

Extraction Laboratory Assistant

The successful candidate is a dynamic, hardworking and reliable person, able to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
Job Description:
Perform laboratory maintenance and auxiliary tasks to assist in production of various cannabis concentrates and distillates.
Essential Functions:
- Work with laboratory manager and team to produce high quality concentrates.
- Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments such as vacuum ovens, filtration, rotovap, fume hood, and balances among others.
- Assist in product filling, packaging, and labeling.
- Keep accurate manufacturing records and follow SOPs.
- Clean and sanitize laboratory glassware, instruments and equipment.
- Follow compliance for tracking of biomass, products and waste.
Competencies:
- Ability to follow and adhere to strict protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively within the manufacturing department
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment

Cannabis Chemist
Green Gold Group is a rapidly growing producer of premium medical cannabis in Massachusetts with one of the largest dedicated cannabis cultivation and processing facilities in the Commonwealth. We are expanding our state-of-the-art hydrocarbon extraction laboratory and are seeking a chemist (or related discipline scientist) with previous experience in cannabinoid extraction and analysis to optimize production of concentrates and post-processing distillation. The successful candidate is a dynamic, hardworking and reliable person willing to lead a diverse team. An inventive and creative intellect, with trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills is necessary.
Educational requirements: Successful candidate must have a PhD in chemistry, biology, environmental or agricultural science, and at least 1 year of relevant job experience. Skills in analytical testing preferred.
Qualifications
- GC-FID, GC/MS, & HPLC experience encouraged.
- Familiarity with closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction and experience with short path distillation of cannabinoids.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to optimize workflows and follow lab SOPs.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, manage changing lab priorities as required and remain calm and professional under pressure.

May be required to work with a variety of hazardous materials and some exposure to noxious fumes. This job may include some extended work hours or weekend work, especially during harvest and other busy seasons. May require long periods of sitting or standing.
