Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate (J.D. Class of 2016 - 2017) to join our Litigation Department in Silicon Valley (Redwood City), California. The candidate must have general experience with complex commercial litigation, as well as specific experience handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and document review. In court experience is preferred but not required. Also, experience with cannabis litigation and/or cannabis regulatory issues is preferred but not required.
