Accountable for leading teams to manufacture and deliver quality products to our vendors. This position has direct oversight and supervision of all Operational activities including, raw material handling, extraction, post extraction refinement, infused product production, packaging, compliance, quality, inventory, distribution, and R&D.
Duties to include writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), oversee cross functional teams to ensure production goals are meet while maintaining proper adherence to compliance, quality, and safety standards.
Primary Duties:
· Collect and review operational data and work with management to reduce inefficiencies and waste
· Manage daily activities for production, packaging, fulfilment, and kitchen operation
· Oversee and provide performance management with direct reports from cross departmental teams including extraction, production, and packaging
· Provide daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly production reports to management
· Evaluate employees and provide coaching
· Perform daily quality and safety checks to ensure proper adherence to SOPs
· Ensure equipment is in optimal working and service order
· Report weekly and monthly production plans to the GM
· Investigate gaps or failures and provide root cause analysis, work with management to craft solutions
· Develop and implement procedures, recipes, and SOPs noting problems and/or redundancies and recommending solutions to better streamline operational efficiency and ensure quality standards
· Maintain and enforce regulatory and company standards for safety, sanitization, and traceability
· Establish and implement unrelenting safety standards in production areas through coaching, training, and accountability
· Work with sales, marketing, and GM to establish a sales/demand forecast
· Accurately and consistently maintain the tracking and records for each production batch
· Ensure proper controls and maintenance is in place for all production equipment
· Work with leadership to develop production/sourcing forecasts using forecasts provided by sales
· Ensure accuracy and compliance for all products
· Coordinate and place supply orders
· Ensure proper sanitization and PPE usage
· Ensure all product is properly batched, sampled, tested, and logged/tracked in METRC
· Maintain deviation/incident reports and follow-up with corrective action
· Oversee inventory of all production assets and conduct random audits
· Monitor inventory levels and provide forecast to management for consumables
· Oversee vendor relationships for kitchen/production inputs
· Ensure proper adherence to OMMA, Oklahoma Health, and OSHA Safety regulations
· Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience managing kitchen operations and teams with 1 year working under an Executive Chef ~OR~
· Associates Degree or certification in Culinary or related field and 4 years of experience managing kitchen operations and teams ~OR~
· Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related field and 2 years of experience managing kitchen operations and teams.
· 2 years Cannabis experience or formulating products with lipids.
Physical Demands:
· Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms;
· Communicate both verbally and written.
· Frequently required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
· Occasionally required to stand; climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch

Cannabis Territory Sales Rep

Award winning Oklahoma based Medical Cannabis processor, manufacturing best in class vape and edible brands, is looking for an experienced cannabis sales professional in search of an opportunity to grow and foster the sale of cannabis products within their assigned territory.
This individual will have proven experience with territory management, prospecting, lead generation, cold calling and closing in the cannabis industry.
In this role, a typical work week involves mining Weedmaps and other resources for leads and opportunities. You will use these resources as well as data from your teammates and CRM to create a territory route plan. You will use this plan to ensure you’re servicing 90% of the available customers in your territory monthly, by seeing 100 + dispensaries face to face every week.
We expect this individual to be an excellent communicator who understands how to match our products with customer needs. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year outside B2B sales in cannabis and have a passion for the industry. Base + Commissions
Base: $35,000
Commissions are awarded on a sliding scale between 2% - 12% depending on sales.
Monthly sell through of $21,000 @ 6% commission to be at target comp ($50,000).
For the 1st 6 months of employment, you will be eligible to participate in a monthly draw up to $1,250 towards earned commissions in-order to ensure your earnings are at our target of $50,000.
Following the 6th month of employment, the draw schedule will reduce at a rate of $250 a month until it expires in month 11.
