Sales Representative
Seeking a results-driven individual to join the dynamic sales team of a craft, state of the art cannabis grow with the capacity to produce 500 pounds of bud, 200 pound of smalls, and 100 pounds of trim monthly. This position is 1099 employment set at a straight sales commission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, visiting and delivering samples, and closing new accounts
- Organically growing existing accounts
- Managing customer orders to completion
- Following up regarding customer satisfaction after order completion
- Update CRM with pertinent account information, preferences, contact information, and orders
- Monitor account performance to problem solve any issues that may arise either on your own or with the support of the team
- Participate in local and regional trade/marketing events
- Analyze market trends to stay current on prices, products with increased demand, etc in order to leverage our position in the markets
