Assist in providing client services for businesses in the cannabis industry. especially in the area of Environmental Regulatory Compliance. This individual will help prepare reports and applications to assist clients in compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May be responsible for permitting applications and compliance assistance for CA Dept of Fish & Wildlife Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreements, State Water Resources Control Board Site Management Plans and other technical plans, Biological Resource Assessments, CEQA compliance documents, and other related technical reports and environmental document preparation;
Responsibilities may include site mapping and site data collection in the field,
Site feasibility visits and reports;
Responsibilities include intake site visits, working with Flowra Account Managers on communication to clients for environmental permitting needs, data collection, technical report preparation;
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Bachelor's Degree is required in related environmental science or biology degree.
At least two years of experience in same or similar field.
Experience with Wildlife Biology and CEQA or NEPA a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents and write permit applications, reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, effectively and professionally with staff and customers.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to use personal computer and standard office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe. Knowledge of mapping software and/or Adobe Illustrator desired.

The Account Manager is responsible for documenting, assisting, and updating client accounts. They are responsible for the submission of applications and the management of the application process. The Account Manager is to manage proper communication with staff and ensure that they are updated with services to meet both client and company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Bi-weekly/Monthly check-in's with clients updating on licensing progress/needs to continue the licensing process.
- Send resources and referrals when services are needed that are not included in their Flowra scope of services.
- Forming and submitting local and state applications.
- Management of application process, including communicating to other Flowra staff and
local/state agencies on the client's behalf.
- Assisting with Map edits and confirmation of maps.
- Using checklist before and after confirming final maps with clients to ensure all requirements are met.
- Once applications are submitted, weekly follow ups/check-ins to ensure the applications are processing smoothly.
- Communicating with other Flowra staff to ensure other services contracted get completed in a timely manner.
- As the main point of contact, any questions other Flowra departments have to finish their services should be communicated via AM.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated work experience applicable to the duties listed on the job description.
- Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of Local and State Commercial Cannabis regulations including cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, and retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Employee development and performance management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
