Job Type: 2 Weeks a Month

First Day of work : October 3, 2022

Pay: From $18-$20/hr along with bonuses for trimming more than 1.5lbs per shift.

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday

Masks are to be worn in the cultivation at all times.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License
• Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States
• Subject to background check per State Cannabis Regulations
• Must have a valid license, cleaning driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years cultivation experience
• Education in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field

• Ability to work within a team and complete work in a timely manner
• Ability to operate a scale and use basic weights and measurements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain established growing protocols and nutrient schedules related to growing phases
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time, plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems and problem-solve
• Give individual plants attention based on standards directed by the Head Cultivator
• Follow tasks provided by the Head of Cultivation to keep the plants healthy and disease-free
• Perform preventative measures to eliminate mold, powdery mildew, gnats, etc.

• Working knowledge of soil-growing methods: Micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, nutrient implementation, plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as treatments
