Crop Valley is currently working with Evolved Productions to find an ambitious commission only Sales Representative to promote the Crop Valley brand and contribute to the growth of the company. Crop Valley is a successful business in a state-of-the-art facility producing high-quality flower, and pre-rolls. A successful Sales Representative will develop and maintain great, mutually beneficial relationships with cannabis buyers while executing sales initiatives and carrying out other sales tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship management skills and will be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Driving throughout the assigned territory to visit customers and deliver products.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans, goals and processes to increase cannabis product sales and attract new customers.
- Track sales and performance to ensure company goals are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor product offerings and pricing.
- Deliver products, schedule drop-offs and coordinate any occasional returns or exchanges.
- Track and report customer praise, concerns and ideas for new products.
- Maintain and build significant customer relationships in order to sell new and existing products.
- Achieve regular sales goals, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while maintaining peak customer service satisfaction.
- Attend and contribute to sales team meetings, training and other in-person get togethers as directed by senior management team.
- Maintain consistent professionalism in interactions with customers.
- Communicate problems, customer issues or other concerns with senior management team.
- Adjust tactics and strategy to reflect changing market needs and conditions.
- Accept and relay product orders from customers to the correct department or create orders using our software package.
- Follow all cash procedures precisely, answer all questions about the cash process promptly and provide assistance to investigate problems or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a record of sales activities.
- Assure compliance with all local, state, federal billing/invoicing, licensing, and other regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Eugene, Oregon area or willing to routinely drive to or permanently relocate to the area.
- 1-2 years experience in building business relationships in a self-motivated environment and hitting targets/goals.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Prior experience working in the cannabis industry is helpful, but not required to apply.
- Own a reliable cell phone.
- Own and maintain a reliable vehicle for transportation (must lock with an alarm).
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have or be able to maintain an Oregon OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
- This position consists of at least 75% travel (or more). Must be willing and able to travel to all points in assigned territory, back and forth from the farm and to any other destinations throughout the state as required by the senior management team.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
