The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics and purchasing for Doobie Cannabis Delivery. This position will lead all inventory functions and be responsible for providing strategic input and hands-on management. Key responsibilities include managing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, stocking, distributing, and reporting recreational cannabis products. Report all necessary inventory and product information in compliance with state laws and regulations. Control inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products. Comply with all documented security procedures to safeguard inventory. Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships. Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory information. Manage seed to sale tracking. Manage product returns when applicable. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:
- Assess and support inventory strategies.
- Manages cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance.
- Provides daily inventory count audit reports and weekly inventory audit reports to our leadership team. Provides end of month and end of year inventory audits.
- Analyzes and monitors inventory adjustments and chain of custody of cannabis within our location.
- Effectively queries inventory and all order-related transaction history.
- Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.
- Remain current with industry best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Improve the business processes for all key aspects of operations through analysis and collaboration with internal team members and vendor partners.
- Oversee inventory budgets and fulfillment.
- Interface with Licensing and Compliance Representative as needed to support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety, rules, and regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Point of Sale and state required reporting system METRC to monitor inventory movement and support the company’s inventory management.
- Develop and report Key Performance Indicators including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, inventory reserve, months of supply and consumer delivery performance.
- Maintain records and check accuracy of inventory cycle counts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies, informing management of findings.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Use discretion with sensitive and confidential security and business information.
Training:
- Responsible for management and training of employees for production related responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory/supply chain management required.
- Experience managing retail or depot inventory required.
- Experience working in the cannabis industry required.
- Experience with METRC highly required.
- Experience with POS Leaflogix preferable.
- Action-oriented and solution driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in retail and customer service experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience.
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 21 years old.

Join team Doobie! The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will serve as the starting point for all Doobie orders that are to be delivered. The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will work in tandem with both on and off site staff, including but not limited to, Drivers and Customer Service agents as well as with Management - through multiple communication applications. The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will be responsible for assigning, and optimizing all delivery routes, and must be comfortable with manually rerouting the delivery fleet based on up-to-the-minute traffic patterns, while simultaneously managing incoming orders. This is an in-person employment opportunity.
Key Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Monitoring and responding to incoming phone calls, live chats, texts, and emails, and assisting Drivers and Customer Service agents with delivery routes.
· Set-up and process customers’ orders using POS and Routing applications. Confirming, assigning and routing all new orders, and ensuring that all orders are expedited to meet the two (2) hour delivery window assigned to the customer.
· Ensuring that all Driver Agents receive correlating receipts and orders to begin their shift.
· Occasionally package customers’ orders accurately and efficiently, and/or acting as quality control for inventory expeditors.
- Loading all orders into the secure area of the unmarked delivery vehicle.
- Placing outgoing calls, texts and emails to follow up on Drivers and Customer Service Agents questions.
- Manage ordering platforms to ensure that delivery window expectations are met.
- Ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the dispatch and product vault areas.
- Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out of the field.
- Identify operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned by your Team Leader.
Key Customer Consultant Roles and Expectations:
- The ability manually adjust delivery routes based on present traffic conditions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional internet skills, including the ability to leap to multiple screens, tabs, and sites with lighting speed and quickly assimilate and communicate relevant information to Driver and Customer Service Agents as well as Management.
