We are looking for a customer service-oriented and operationally driven candidate to join the Mindful dispensary team. The ideal candidate will strive to provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance are a must for this role.
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) aids in planning and managing all aspects of the day to day operations. Establishes strong customer relations, manages personnel, controls work flow and handles the daily flow of all store related matters. The (AGM) provides support to all staff including training, providing policy and procedure updates, ordering and receiving inventory and products while maintaining agent and facility compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, hiring, scheduling, money settlement, IDFPR compliance and customer relations
- Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to all employees in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with VP of Ops and management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff

- Provides superior customer service to vendors, customers and caregivers
- Responds to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Maintains accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Illinois and the standards set by the company
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical and recreational marijuana laws and how they apply to the operation of the company
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Working knowledge of business processes and system development
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience (Bachelor Degree preferred)
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Two-three years of experience in a retail position with managerial responsibilities, preferably in the marijuana industry
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, data base management, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Cannabis Company based in Oklahoma City looking for motivated self-starters to rep our product line across the great state of Oklahoma.
Compensation is a straight sales commission as a 1099 employee.
- Previous sales experience required.
- 1-2 years of outside sales is preferred.
- 1-2 years B2B, retail, route sales, or experience as a brand ambassador is preferred.
Sales Reps should expect to spend at least 50% of their time on the road setting meetings, making initial contact, signing new accounts, building and maintaining relationships
EXPECTATIONS:
Open New Accounts:
- Generate qualified leads through web research, attending expos, events, networking, etc.
- Travel to retail stores to present our products and introduce the company to managers and buyers.
- Assess customer needs, answer questions, and assist with the ordering process.
- Follow up leads as provided by the office team.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain and grow current accounts.
Customer Service:
- Develop relationships with retail store owners, managers and staff.
- Communicate a deep understanding of the many advantages of our products.
- Support stores post-sale.
- Promote our brand to customers and the industry at all public venues.
- Assess customer needs, answer questions and assist with the ordering process.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams in order to deliver product to new and existing clients in agreed upon timeline.
Accountability:
- Reports directly to ownership.
- Work closely with the ops team to communicate all sales related activities including travel schedule, prospect lists, and event participation and dispensary demonstration calendars.
- Develop reports pertaining to sales activities for management and update them weekly.
- Sales Representatives are expected to work full time.
- Sales Representatives must dress and present yourself with the highest level of professionalism as to make a positive impression.
Required Qualifications:
- Be an enthusiastic advocate for the cannabis industry and specifically for our products.
- Be familiar with and engaged in the cannabis community in Oklahoma.
- Be familiar with OMMA regulations and maintain compliance with same.
- Possess proven customer service and people skills as well as proven successful sales strategies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills including meticulous follow up and customer care.
- Provide own reliable transportation for sales calls and maintain a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check.
