Cannabursts™ Kitchen is a sought-after purveyor of premium flowers and concentrates. Our edibles company of the same name is launching in February 2022.
We’re looking for an extraordinary Territory Sales Manager to join our team. If you’re motivated and in it to win, we want to talk to you.
The Territory Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to develop and close new qualified customers. You must love what you do, operating with integrity, while providing next level customer service.
IDEAL SKILL SET: Persuasive problem solver, organized, excellent negotiator, independent, resilient, and relentless about delivering results
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify prospects and initiate contact through cold calls and in-person meetings (where possible)
- Educate current and prospective customers about our edibles line developing strong relationships with buyers and budtenders
- Create sales proposals for prospects that ensure our value proposition is well defined.
- Craft an elevator pitch to communicate our value proposition
- Effectively manage sales pipeline to ensure sales numbers are hit (and exceeded)
- Develop sales forecasts monthly
- Provide weekly activity reports with market insights
- Consistently follow-up with both prospective and current customers
- Strong negotiator
- Ability to build and maintain rapport
- High level of competitive drive
- Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry
- Ability to successfully navigate complex and changing business environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of sales experience in cannabis
- Relationships and previous sales to California dispensaries
- Experience managing a territory of 40 active dispensaries
- Knowledge of G-Suite and CRM tools
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Attention to detail
Salary commensurate with experience '
Contract Length: 3 months to start, then 1 year
