CONTACT CENTER WORK SCHEDULE
Because most of our departments operate 24/7, we offer flexible work schedules for full-time & part-time call center positions. Full-time employees can expect to work up to 40 hours per week. Part-time employees can expect to work up to 29 hours per week. Evenings and weekends are required. This is a work-from-home call center position.
For this position, work schedule hours can vary from Monday-Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm EST, and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm EST, AND will include at least one weekend day each week.

PharmaCentra DBA Cannabis BPO of Americus, GA is looking to hire a full-time Remote Client Ambassador to communicate effectively with legal cannabis retail managers and corporate buyers. This work-from-home contact center position enjoys DailyPay, flexible schedules, and a work-from-home environment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME REMOTE CLIENT AMBASSADOR
As a Remote Client Ambassador, you are on the front lines of what we do for the legal cannabis community. You initiate various inbound and outbound calls to promote sales and customer service within the cannabis industries. You reach out by phone, email, or chat, always delivering the exceptional contact center services that we are known for. You understand that it can be stressful and always show the utmost professionalism.
You have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team is always available. In any case, you know how to make sure that clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you turn every interaction into a positive one. You keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with customers. You enjoy interacting with people throughout your day and feel good about providing exceptional contact center service on behalf of our valued clients!
This is a temporary position, but may lead to a permanent position, based on sales success.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE CLIENT AMBASSADOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 21+
- Ability to work independently in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the legal cannabis industry
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills

Because most of our departments operate 24/7, we offer flexible work schedules for both full-time and part-time call center positions. Full-time employees can expect to work 40 hours per week. This is a work-from-home call center position.
