Social Media Coordinator
We are a budding company trying to grow and looking for people to grow with us.
We are seeking committed social media marketers who are willing to help us become the largest cannabis name in the United States. We are starting here in California and building a team to help grow as fast as possible.
Our ideal candidate will possess creative aptitudes and imagination.
Requirements & Responsibilities Include:
- Create, curate, and manage a schedule of all published content (images, video, brochures, white papers, flyers) through social media
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy, analyzing key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the datacenter, cloud hosting and edge computing industries
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Experienced sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Good understanding of the technology industry; familiarity with hosting industry a big plus
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills.
- Maintain a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in social media management
- 2+ years experience with Hootsuite or comparable management platform.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

The Manager of Brand Marketing is responsible for managing the execution of brand standards, visual merchandising and presentation strategies to positively impact overall business results; this objective is achieved through the collective partnership and alignment with GM and Co-Managers, as well as corporate Product, Digital and Marketing teams.
Job Functions
- Lead marketing team to implement all aspects of marketing including day to day merchandising, and product launches.
- Oversee the timely execution of brand merchandising guidelines and seasonal guidelines.
- Excels in standards as related to all aspects of marketing and brand standards.
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store.
- Supports implementation of company initiatives and strategies.
- Partners with GM and other Co-Managers teams to review critical business reports, analyze business results and apply knowledge/learnings linking merchandising and presentation to overall business metrics, sales, and profit.
- Understands merchandise flow standards; backroom organization and how it affects floor set execution, replenishment and recovery and the overall in-store brand experience.
- Provides essential global feedback from the field to influence future directives.
- Supports all visual presentation aspects of new store openings.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Marketing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and manage a growing brand.
- Capacity to convey new ideas, persuade and implement
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D drawing programs/creative suites.
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum 21 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing strategy area.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or operations management or related field.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market a huge plus.
- Dispensary-related experience a plus.
- Provide exemplary customer service, and represent the business with pride.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work, nights, weekends and holiday availability.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Travel Requirements
Participate in industry exhibitions/events,etc.
