We are proud to be advocates for the cannabis industry and build products and features that assist the industries compliant growth. We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help us promote our new, greenfield SaaS product offering, and identify what consumers want so we can create quality features that meet their needs. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding; familiarity with the cannabis industry is a big plus. He/she will have the ability to lead and own the market strategy and execution to support our go-to-market efforts, while working and interacting with 3rd party vendors on a regular basis. Objectives of this Role
- Collaborate with the product and business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new product, internally and externally
- Oversee and grow the marketing team using internal and external resources
- Consistently feed the sales funnel with qualified leads
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the business
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with stakeholders, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on establishing and growing audiences for our products and services
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of A/B tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
- Hold regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard
- Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
- Established network of media and PR contacts
- Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

The Driver is responsible for the prompt and consistent pick-up of our customer products to our testing facilities. Under the supervision of the Field Operations Manager, the Driver performs driving responsibilities to ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of our customer products to our testing facilities in compliance with all company and state regulations. Drivers are critical to the daily operations of our business and are our first point of contact for many of our patients and clients. They are responsible for picking up products packages from suppliers or retail dispensaries and delivering these packages to destinations including home delivery. It’s expected our drivers are representing our company in a professional and personable manner when making deliveries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, work well independently, and possess impeccable time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP
- Engage patients and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication to determine pickup and delivery needs
- Load and unload cargo
- Contact vendors directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies and takes corrective actions as necessary
- Become familiar with the vendor’s locations: the specific protocols regarding deliveries, safety, and security
- Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
- Follow all applicable traffic laws
- Create a proactive and positive environment while meeting and exceeding personal and company goals
QUALITY & FINANCIAL
- Complete deliveries in a timely and efficient manner according to company SOPs
- Identify and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
- Handle physical paperwork, i.e., delivering invoices, obtaining required signatures, receipts, or delivery confirmation notices
- Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean and in good working order
- Couriers are paid for each mile driven
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
- Stay up to date and comply with all state and local cannabis laws and regulations
- Mentor new drivers and perform ride-along as required
COMPLIANCE
- Review paper documents for accuracy and compliance to state and local regulations
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols per the company’s policies and procedures
- Comply with company and industry standards set forth by the state

· Follow Vehicle Use Policy for fueling, maintenance, cleanliness, staffing requirements, DOT regulations, emergency procedures, approved break times/locations, and all other requirements
· Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all confidential information
· Responsible for reading and understanding all department-specific Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates will be required to utilize their personal vehicle
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Personal form of transportation
- Proof of insurance
- Must have MED License
- A deep understanding of the local area is desired
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Driving in congested traffic while adhering to strict delivery timelines
- Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
- Must be able to enter and exit a vehicle many times per shift and sit in a vehicle for extended periods
- Overtime may be necessary from time to time, especially on deliveries on the opposite side of the state.
