BLVK is located in South El Monte, CA and we are primarily an E-Liquid Manufacturer/Distributor. We are currently looking for a results-driven & organized Bookkeeper to track and manage various financial data across our brands.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable preparation
- Accounts Receivable preparation
- Expense Tracking and Records
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Cash Flow Management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Intermediate Level (Prior Experience Required)
- College Graduate (Preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications (i.e. MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- QuickBooks, Zoho, Freshbooks, OMS experience.

We are currently looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, and trade shows.
- ** MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY/INTERNATIONALLY
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills/Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or account executive.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Apps/Excel/Zoho(Preferred)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to be highly organized to handle multiple channels of communications with clients as well as multiple businesses.
- Must be able to pass a very thorough background check. Must be discreet and trustworthy.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
