Cannabis cultivation facility located in New Bedford is looking to expand our Security Team. The Security Team adhere to all requirements relating to the security of ARL Healthcare facilities and safety of the ARL employees, patients and general public visiting the dispensary and/or cultivation facility. Perform interior/exterior patrols according to SOPs, including: checking/monitoring cameras, ensuring employees follow security protocols, and monitoring front gate for entering/exiting staff, contractors, and visitors and any suspicious activity. Completing proper documentation for all visitors and escorting visitors, contractors, vendors in Limited Access Areas. Manage security systems and alarms, including: drafting incident reports, completing the daily shift log documenting all activities and irregularities, following all SOPs in regards to alarm activations, to include making timely notifications to the appropriate local Police and Fire Departments and executive management. Following all protocols, procedures relative to the protection of property and personnel, and assist with securing, storage, disposal and transport of medical and adult-use cannabis to ensure strict compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (“CCC”) regulations. Conduct other administrative security related responsibilities and duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having familiarity with rules and regulations of the building or facility they are working in.
- Protecting all buildings, contents, employees, and others who enter the facility by ensuring that security rules and regulations are enforced.
- Monitoring security systems; including alarms, gates, and more.
- Inspecting vehicles and packages for potential hazards.
- Conducting safety inspections in order to ensure things are running smoothly.
- Keeping good records related to security procedures, and records related to incident reports.
- Assist Security Manager as requested; close communication with Security Manager.
- must be able to work unsupervised;
- must have excellent observation skills;
- good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures;
- ability to communicate effectively;
- make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required plus any Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred.

Responsible for producing medical and adult use cannabis edibles for the dispensary. Duties include knowledge of portions, recipes, cooking and preparation methods and other possible alterations required to produce edibles and products that meet company standards in addition to meeting Federal and State regulatory standards, to include the Massachusetts CCC, the American National Standards Institute, and the Conferences for Food Protection. Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage, which includes proper food storage and the security of food storage areas as well as all related equipment. Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas in accordance with regulations, in addition to keeping temperature logs, and other various reports and forms to document cleaning schedule, spillages, product damage, etc. Must be able to work well with others and work quickly and effectively under pressure. Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them from storage areas to work areas. Work varied shifts such as weekends, holidays and nights as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

What We are Looking For:
We are seeking a machinist, who will primarily be responsible for fabrication of parts for our fleet of Betty’s Eddies model K wrappers as well as as-needed fabrication of any other requisite parts for other equipment in our facilities. This role will also coordinate with our mechanic(s) on an as-needed basis to problem solve broken equipment repairs. Knowledge of and compliance with state and federal occupational safety and hazard regulations for the maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, grow rooms, irrigation systems and grounds of facilities are a plus. The successful candidate will also exhibit good judgement, attention to detail and take pride in the quality and timeliness of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of parts for fleet of Betty’s Eddie’s model K wrappers
- Fabrication of various machine parts on as-needed basis
- Collaborate and coordinate with mechanic(s) to problem solve repairs of broken equipment
- Assist maintenance team in the facility when no fabrication is required
- Reverse engineer parts as needed for replacement or repair
Requirements/Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in same or related field required
- Prototrak milling and lathe experience required
- Job shop experience required
- Welding experience a plus (not required)

Cultivation Facilities Associates must carry out day-to-day tasks including cleaning and sanitizing cultivation tools, cultivation equipment, grow room areas, and hallways, post-harvest grow rooms, dry rooms, maintaining the washroom, and wash room equipment as well as disposing of trash in accordance with company procedures. - This position is full-time. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours on site. This position is VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. You must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching

- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (rotating weekend schedule, every other weekend)

Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility located in New Bedford Industrial Park looking to fill positions listed below immediately!
Processing Team:
- Harvest Department - Prepare plants for harvest and follow through to drying / curing phase
- Trim Department - Trim flower that has been tested as well as tracking all final bud / trim weights
- Packaging Department - Package final product (Flower, Edibles etc.) labeling of all packaging
- Inventory Department - Seed to sale tracking / Assuring all aspects of compliance in every department, Manifest creation for incoming/outgoing product
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and qualify to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis industry
- General knowledge of cannabis
- Ability to learn quickly and interest in learning new technologies
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Must be punctual, dependable and have reliable transportation
- Able to follow directions and ask questions as needed

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
